The inaugural Friendfactor Ally Challenge Awards Dinner will honor the participants and awardees from the 2nd annual MBA Ally Challenge and first-ever Workplace Ally Challenge. It was the year 2013, when her 1st album, Picture of a man was released and since then she was known for her post religious gospel music, to put them for sell to all around the world. In the music industry, Lady J is referred as pianist who worked in association with renowned artist including Chita Rivera, Justin Vivian Bond, Michael Arden, Justin Tranter, Cyndi Lauper, Sia Furler, Ebersole, Lady gaga, Debbie Harry, Scissor Sisters and Andy Mientus. She has been named by “OUT 100” of OUT Magazine and “transgender icons” of Huffington Post.
