Are you lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender and you love what we’re doing, and want to know how you can be a part of it?  Great, you’ve come to the right place!

Friendfactor’s focus is on engaging people who usually wouldn’t seek out LGBT resources or spaces because they don’t identify as LGBT themselves, but you’ll notice that our definition of ‘ally’ has nothing to do with being straight. An ally can be of any sexual orientation or gender identity, because we’re all different and need to support each other. And after all, the whole idea of this organization is to advance LGBT equality and inclusion, so that puts you – an LGBT-identified person – at the center of our very purpose.

So, how can you get involved?

You need not be non-LGBT to become an ally leader.  Visit the Join Us page to sign up to start or join an ally program.

Tell your friends about Friendfactor and encourage them to visit the site, learn more, and sign up. Also, follow us on Facebook and Twitter.

If you’re interested in getting even more involved by volunteering, interning, or supporting Friendfactor, Contact Us and let’s talk!

Thanks for your support, and we can’t wait to get you on board.
